Terms of Use

Ace My Permit ("we") offers online practice questions to help people study for driver's permit knowledge tests. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Not the DMV

We are an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Department of Motor Vehicles or government agency. Our questions are written by us based on publicly available driver handbooks. The real test, its questions and its rules are set by your state DMV; always check the official handbook and DMV website.

No guarantee

Practice can help you prepare, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any test. Laws change; we work to keep questions accurate but they may contain errors.
